In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta Platform Data Protection rules, Big Rig Dispatchers provides all users with a straightforward method to request the complete deletion of their personal and business data.

How to Request Data Deletion via Chatbot

We have integrated our data deletion protocol directly into our automated dispatch assistant for your convenience. To instantly submit a data deletion request, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the homepage at bigrigdispatchers.com.
  2. Locate and open the Messenger / Chatbot at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Type and submit the exact following phrase:
"delete all of my data"

Once you submit this prompt, the AI assistant will automatically log your request, and our system will begin purging your phone number, email address, MC/DOT data, and conversation history from our active CRM and analytics databases within 30 days.

Alternate Deletion Methods
